We've been made aware of an issue that prevented some customers from accessing our Billing and Pricing pages.

We began seeing the reports around 10:00 am UTC on Sunday 8/3020, and the issue persisted for about an hour.

The issue is now resolved and all customers should be able to access the site again. Please contact us at help.surveymonkey.com if you are still experiencing issues.
