The survey page errors incident has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the status of the survey pages, and have identified a root cause that was contributing to the errors.

⚠️ We're aware of an issue impacting surveys, specifically clicking the Next button on a survey, and in accessing the Preview & Score page. Our team is aware of this issue, and we are investigating the cause of the errors.
